Meet Clara 

Clara is a singer/songwriter from St. Simons Island, Georgia. From age 9 she has been writing songs and taking guitar lessons, and she started playing live at her local cafe, Palm Coast Open Mic Nights every Monday night a few years later. One of her most memorable experience was playing at the Bluebird Cafe open mic night this past summer during her month-long trip in Nashville where she was inspired by local artists and the thriving music scene. She now frequents local restaurants such as Beachcombers and Founder's Social, singing 70's, 80's, 90's soft rock covers as well as originals while playing guitar. She has also attended the Tipsy McSways Songwriters Night where she played alongside other talented songwriters in the Golden Isles. After years of practice, Clara strives to relate to and inspire people with her music. "In a world that can be so cruel and lonely, music is the secret garden I go to escape and I am all the better for it. Songwriting also brings out the truth in what I am feeling or have wanted to suppress, so it is technically free therapy."
